Frontlining under it's original label for well over $200/bottle, Lot 75 is a blockbuster mountainside 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon at an incredible price.

It goes without saying that the 2024 vintage of this wine will be a decidedly different style. The 2023 vintage of this wine, Lot 14 (sold to Founding members and VIPs last year) was a dense, packed, tightly-wound monster of a Cabernet. Lot 75 is far more generous, ripe and open-knit. I think it infanticide to drink Lot 14 right now; conversely, Lot 75 is likely to be quite approachable even by the Fall. Sure, it has plenty of structure and fortitude (such that it would age another 10-15 years) but the tannins are so ripe and generous, the fruit so bold and rich, that it will drink deliciously with just a couple months in the bottle.

100% new French Oak. Opaque, almost squid ink in the glass with a little bit of electric magenta bead around the rim. The bouquet is far more open-knit and more effusive than the 2023, beaming with iron and graphite with a violet-infused garrigue surrounded by intense, ripe blackberry liqueur pierced with blackcurrants, leather and cedar notes. Massive-yet-sumptuous on the palate, far more open-knit and accessible with ripe blackberry jam and chocolate enmeshed in big-grained, mineral and rock-laced tannins and pretty violet and iron retronasals. Whereas the 2023 was a tightly wound monster of a wine, Lot 75 is a lush, velvety, hedonistic Cabernet Sauvignon more akin to BOOM BOOM juice while still maintaining fantastic structure and balance...utterly gobsmacking juice!

100% Cabernet Sauvignon,
100% Napa Valley, single-block, single-vineyard grown at 1500-1700-feet of elevation
15.8% alc., 3.78 pH, 6.64 TA, .13 g/L Malic, .83 g/L lactic

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0910/4277/5333/files/CAMX-Negociant-L75-24NVCabernetSauvignon-mockup_8d030b94-acc9-48fb-8e76-92ec9650f829.png?v=1776099288
cabernet-franc-sampler-12-bottles
Ultimate Cabernet Franc Sampler Case

EACH 12-BOTTLE CASE SAMPLER INCLUDES 3-BOTTLES OF EACH WINE BELOW.

While plantings of Napa Valley Cabernet Franc have grown only 15-25% over the last couple of decades, there is no doubt that interest in varietal bottlings of Napa Valley Cabernet Franc have skyrocketed.

Our 12-bottle case sampler includes 3-bottles each of a fantastic array of Cabernet Franc's from the best regions in Napa Valley at the incredible price of just $169/case.
