Lot 10 was reviewed with less than 3-months in the bottle, barely enough time for a behemoth Cabernet to wiggle its big toe, much less stretch it's legs!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth wines, with aeration, are coming out to play nicely right now and quite delicious with proper aeration. \u003cstrong\u003eI highly recommend a 24-hour decant \u003c\/strong\u003eto really get these incredibly well-built structures to crack open.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat's a 24-hour decant you ask?\u003c\/strong\u003e Decant the wine for an hour and use a funnel to pour back it into the bottle, cork and let it sit overnight.
