Referral Requirements

Referred friend:

• Must click the referring customer’s referral link and enter their email in the pop-up:

• Must complete a purchase after receiving the referral reward email.
• Must be a new customer who has never placed an order before. They cannot have previously checked out as a guest or entered their email before using the referral link.
• Please note that $25 off coupon can not be combined with any other discount. 

Order:

• The referral is completed when the friend makes a purchase.
• The order must be the friend’s first order.

Automatic fraud checks:

Our referral platform may block referrals if it detects:

• Similar email addresses between referring customer and referred friend
• Many referrals from the same IP (10 within a week)
• The order is not the friend’s first order
• The order is placed by the referring customer
• The order is placed by someone with the same name as the referring customer
