Cellar Selections Sampler

I was recently revisiting some of the more powerfully-structured, "monster" Cabs we bottled last summer and was inspired to offer up a specially-priced Cellar Selection Sampler.

Each sampler features 4 bottles of each of the following wines:

1. 4 x Lot 7 2023 Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon: 92-points James Suckling
2. 4 x Lot 10 2023 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: 93-points James Suckling
3. 4 x Lot 17 2023 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: 93-points James Suckling

All three of these Cabernet's are just starting to come around in the bottle and I highly recommend my favorite technique for cracking open young reds, the "24-hour decant". Also, notable are the vinturi-style devices (there are a bunch of similar, sub-$20 devices that work just as well but aren't $50) to aerate the wines...Katie and I have been playing around with them lately and finding them to work well on the 2023's. 

And, while the wines are coming out to play nicely now, this a supremely age-worthy collection of Cabernet Sauvignon's all sourced from ultra-premium producer's utilizing fruit from vineyards in and around the Coombsville, Atlas Peak/Pritchard Hill and Atlas Bench regions of Napa Valley with prices ranging from $125+/bottle to well-over $200/bottle. They are already ridiculously priced on our website at prices ranging from $25-$29/bottle.
